Frosted Acrylic Arched Name Plaque

This plaque has a 3D effect - a frosted backing with the name of your choice placed on-top in the colour of your choice.  

The frosted backing can't be changed but the font and the colour of the name can be customised to your choice. 

The plaque us made out of 3mm acrylic.
